What Youll Do
Servers:

Welcome and engage guests with genuine warmth and professionalism

Share menu knowledge and make thoughtful food and drink recommendations

Ensure prompt, accurate order-taking and seamless table service

Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues proactively

Maintain an immaculate dining environment

Bartenders:

Craft and serve cocktails, wine, and specialty beverages with precision

Provide friendly, engaging service to bar guests and dining room patrons

Keep bar area clean, stocked, and organized at all times

Adhere to responsible alcohol service standards

Collaborate closely with servers and kitchen staff for smooth operations

Were Looking For:

Prior hospitality experience preferred; fine dining or high-volume a plus

Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset

Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced setting

Professional presentation and punctuality

Bartenders: Must be 21+ with valid MAST permit (or ability to obtain)

Servers: Valid WA State Food Handlers Card (or ability to obtain)
