Donato & Co. hiring part-time Server

Donato & Co. is an upscale Italian restaurant in Berkeleys Elmwood district. We offer contemporary takes on classic regional dishes, exclusively Italian wines, and eclectic modern cocktails. Entering our ninth year, we have established ourselves as a destination ristorante as well as a neighborhood favorite and continue to grow our expansive list of clientele. We are currently looking for 1 or 2 individuals to join our team for 2 - 4 service shifts per week. Both day (11:00 - 3:30, lunch) and night (4/5:00 - close, dinner) shifts are available Tuesday - Sunday (closed Mondays).

Please note, we require applicants to have a minimum of 2 years experience in a fine dining setting and strong wine knowledge. A background in Italian culture and cuisine would be ideal, though not mandatory.

Other absolute minimum requirements include:
21 years of age.
Ability to stand 4-5 hours.
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Food/Beverage safe handling certifications.
A hospitable and professional demeanor.
Punctuality and presentability.
