We are seeking a Part Time Night Auditor to become a part of our team! Must be able to work the over night shift 11pm - 7 am., function as the manager on duty (MOD) for their shift, audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms, and all food and beverage outlets' cash and credit operations while attend to guest needs at the front desk.
As a valued team member of our Front Desk Agents, you will be expected to:
- Maintains a friendly, professional, cheerful and courteous demeanor always.
- Ensures Outstanding customer care.
- Consistently resolves guest problems and complaints in an efficient manner while demonstrating a sense of urgency.
- Controls cash transactions at the front desk and maintains complete responsibility for personal bank as specified by hotel bank agreement policy.
- Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
