Marketing Event Coordinator (27006)

Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is seeking a Marketing Event Coordinator with our client in Minneapolis, MN.

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Event Coordinator. This role will support varying aspects of marketing events including in person client-focused events and sponsorships, large internal sales/training meetings and virtual events.

Attributes include the ability to:

• Successfully manage projects, communicating with stakeholders as needed and/or required
• Oversee premium program and mailings
• Oversee CE program and administration
• Assist with Cvent webinar and in person site builds
• Collect information and distribute weekly marketing emails
• Provide additional project help as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing including in-person event and webinar planning and activation
• Experience working with Cvent event and webinar platform
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel as needed (up to 20%)

Preferred:

• Basic financial services industry knowledge
• Experience working in Workfront project management system
• Exposure to a heavily regulated industry, working with compliance team members
• Vendor Management experience, working to maintain company premium item program

The base hourly range for this contract position is $15-30 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
