Essential Task, Duties and Responsibilities:
Pre-shift meeting with cook lead, to determine responsibilities, for the day
Accurately measure ingredients dictated on compound sheet
Label every container with product name and Batch being used on
Cook and deposit gummies according to company standards
Clean cooker, depositor machine, and all cook stations, when cook is complete
Fill out paperwork associated with cooking in a timely manner, by E.O.D.
Weigh any waste from cook, label, take picture of weight and send to Ma-production in slack
Communicate with team members during the cooking process "Heard"
Calibrate scales, at least every shift, more often if needed
Help in packaging, hand bag gummies, seal bags, sticker, q/c,
Bundle bags in lots of 5, with a twist tie
Box bundled bags in box, Box must contain 10-bundles with 5-bags per bundle
Cleaning but not limited to; sweep, mop, general discretion of Management
Demold gummies, sugar, process gummies
Record sugar, floor waste, take picture and send to Ma-Production chat on Slack
Report any issues to management
You may be asked to help out in other departments, we are essentially 1-team, with 1- goal, to produce from compound to boxing the best, safest, most accurate gummy on the market

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be age 21 or over - IL residency with valid ID is required
Up to date food handler's certification preferred but not required
Experience in a production facilities, or restaurants preferred but not required
Previous assembly line, production, and/or professional cooking experience preferred
1-2 years relevant experience
Basic personal computer skills including email, word processing, etc

Physical Requirements
Standing/walking for extended periods of time
Frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of products, pallets, and equipment (up to 50 lbs.)
PPE Compliance: Hair net, gloves and apron always worn during shift when applicable
Non-slip shoes required for safety in the production floor when applicable
