Be part of something exciting at The Serve Pickleball + Kitchen a full-service hospitality venue featuring a restaurant, café, bar, lounge, pickleball courts, private events space, and Virtual Topgolf Swing Suites. We’re seeking hospitality professionals who bring energy, professionalism, and a guest-first mindset.

Open Front of House Positions:

Servers (Restaurant, Café, Lounge), Bartenders & Barbacks, Cocktail Servers (Lounge, Bar, Entertainment Zones), Café Team (Baristas + Café Leads) Runners / Bussers, Banquet Servers (Events + Private Dining)

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a high-volume hospitality environment is preferred
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Team-oriented, reliable, and service-driven
• Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction

Open Back of House Positions

Sous Chefs, Lead Line Cooks, Line Cooks (All Stations), Prep Cooks, Dishwashers / Utility

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience is preferred for most roles
• Ability to work efficiently in high-volume environments
• Clear understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-driven
