HOSPITALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. Must be available to work weekends & Holidays.

The Spirit of the Position:

The Greeter creates a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and clients when entering the facility.

What will I do?

• Greet guests, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude, and develop a rapport with all guests.
• Assist guests in lobbies, lanes, and in the parking office; help direct walking traffic.
• Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, a can-do attitude, and by anticipating and fulfilling a guests needs.
• Assist with cashiering functions as needed.
• Provide guests with directions and information on property amenities.
• Must work with or without supervision.
• Ensure the lobby and other public areas are clean and organized.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Experience:

• Exceptional customer service & hospitality experience is required.

Skills:

• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
• Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made (not easily persuaded).

Physical Demands:

• Willingness to work in the elements heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10-25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods.
• Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
