Overview
Community First Solutions, Culinary team is looking for Part Time Dining Service Representatives to join our culinary team.
This employee will be responsible for providing excellent service & support to all areas of the Culinary Services department which includes, but not limited to residents & guest meal service, ware washing, sanitation, and receiving
Pay: Starts at 12 and goes up based on experience (Non Negotiable)
SCHEDULE
15 to 22 hours per week

Responsibilities
Supports the delivery and execution of quality food service to residents and guests.
Provides residents with a friendly and social environment for their dining experience.
Learn and execute high quality serving standards, accurate ordering, and attentiveness to resident needs
Practice safe, sanitary food handling for food preparation, food holding, and service.
Maintain high standards for etiquette, dining room presentations, and customer service.
Provides cleaning duties in dining room, kitchen, serving areas, and store rooms as directed.
Mop floors in areas as designated by supervisor.
Comply with dining room safety standards.
Extra shift coverage available weekends and evenings.
May work beyond normal working hours and in other culinary duties when necessary.
Abides by the company Always Behaviors each and every day as we serve our clients, colleagues, and community.
All other duties as assigned and/or appropriate to the position.
Qualifications
Requirements: Must be 18 years old or have received a High School Diploma or Equivalent
Licenses or other required certifications:
Experience: Previous server or customer service experience preferred but not required
Specialized knowledge, skills, or abilities:
Interacts positively with residents, staff, visitors, government agencies/personnel, etc., under all conditions and circumstances.
Desire to learn and an eagerness to grow.
Able to help maintain a safe community and workplace.
Possess a No job too small mentality
