NYC HOUSEKEEPER & LAUNDRY This is a terrific small family with an excellent team of support professionals. Looking for an extremely polished and capable Housekeeper with Laundry duties to care for a townhouse and a carriage house on the property. There are stairs so you must be okay with managing stairs throughout your day. Changing sheets, linens and caring for the bathrooms and the kitchen. Care of a finely appointed home. Working with the Estate Manager to ensure the entire property is always on a maintenance schedule for general cleaning and then deep cleaning and always cared for in a guest-ready preparedness. There are times when the family travels and there is just basic care to maintain the home and other times when the family has house guests at the property that you will work around and ensure the space is thoroughly clean and cared for. It is important that you coordinate with the team to understand the schedule for visiting guests and all maintenance and report any repairs and maintenance issues to your manager for immediate attention.
