Looking for Team Members: one (1) Line Cook and two (2) Front-End Servers that are passionate about cooking, has great work ethic, and enjoys working on a team. You will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and contributing to the success of this business. Minimum Requirements:
- Sixteen (16) years of age or older
- Three (3) months or more experience as a line cook (related industry) and / or Front-End Server
- Have or obtain Food Handler's Card within thirty (30) days of hire
Combined Job Duties:
- Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering recommendations.
- Operate a cash register and manage transactions accurately
- Perform basic math and sales principles
- Prepare and package food and beverages according to company recipes and guidelines.
- Cross sell products and introduce new products
- Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, dicing, etc., according to recipes
- Cook burgers, sides and other menu items on various cooking equipment (grills, fryers, etc.)
- Prepare and assemble food orders accurately and efficiently based on customer request and menu specifications
- Maintain a clean / sanitary and safe working environment and comply with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) rules, guidelines and regulations
- Assist with inventory management and restock supplies
- Wash and put away dishes, sweep and mop floors, wipe down surfaces and take out trash
- Support team members during busy periods and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals
- Participate in ongoing training and learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations and priorities
- Lift and carry items weighing up to fifty (50) pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Employer Notes:
- Regular and timely attendance is a fundamental expectation
- Will need to cross train to learn all aspects of the business
- Ninety (90) performance evaluation will be conducted by the employer
Hours / Shifts:
- Varies part-time to full-time; fifteen (15) or more hours per week depending on the employer's need
- Will work a variety of shifts, including day, swing, and weekends
Pay:
$15.05 per hour plus shared tips
