Key Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients (chopping vegetables, slicing meats, portioning items, etc.) according to store recipes or instructions.

Assemble sandwiches, salads, breakfast items, and other ready-to-eat meals.

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure all food is prepared and stored properly.

Maintain a clean and organized prep area, kitchen, and food storage zones.

Label, date, and rotate food items in refrigerators and storage areas.

Assist in receiving and stocking food inventory and supplies.

Communicate with store team about low stock or product needs.

Follow all health department regulations and store policies.
