At Plaza Inn, we take pride in providing our guests with a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay. We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented individuals to join our housekeeping team. As a member of our housekeeping staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel rooms and public spaces meet the high standards that our guests expect.

Room Cleaning: lean, sanitize, and service guest rooms to the hotel's standards, including but not limited to making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.

Maintain cleanliness in public spaces such as corridors, lobbies, stairways, and elevators by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.

Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute laundry as required.

Monitor and report the need for repairs, replenishment of supplies, or any damages in rooms and public areas.

Greet and acknowledge guests in a friendly and courteous manner, responding to their requests and reporting any complaints to the appropriate staff.

Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting any suspicious activity or lost items.

Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff and hotel management to ensure timely and efficient service.

Follow established hotel procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and colleagues.
