Position Summary
_ Must have valid Driver's License and be able to carry up to 50 lbs. (up and down stairs). _
The Resort Houseperson plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of our resort. As a Houseperson, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of our resort property. Your dedication to delivering outstanding hospitality will contribute to an unforgettable owner/guest experience that sets us apart from the rest.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Stock housekeeper totes/carts with the appropriate supplies and deliver to housekeeping staff as directed by management.
Deliver bucket containing clean linens and supplies to housekeeping staff as needed and retrieve the bucket once the unit is complete.
Collect and dispose of garbage and dirty linens from units.
Responsible for prepping, stocking, cleaning and light maintenance of unit spaces and amenities such as patios, patio furniture, and BBQ.
Provides back up for housekeeping staff as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Time management and organizational abilities.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the resort's operational needs.
Valid driver's license.
