As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary documentation
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or related field is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using hotel management software systems
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
