We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations, greeting guests, and maintaining the flow of service in our restaurant. Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
Communicate effectively with guests regarding wait times and special requests.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host/host station.
Coordinate with Servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu items and restaurant policies.
Utilize POS systems to manage reservations and track guest preferences.
Address guest concerns promptly and courteously to enhance their dining experience.

Skills
Strong background in hospitality with experience in guest relations.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Familiarity with food service operations, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
Proficient in using POS systems; experience with Aloha POS is a plus.
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
Friendly demeanor with a strong commitment to providing outstanding guest services.
Team player who can collaborate well with other staff members to ensure seamless service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
