Responsibilities: - Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand. - Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition. - Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized. - Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing supplies. - Dispose of trash and recycling appropriately. - Follow sanitation policies at all times. Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role within the or industry is preferred. - Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working in a or setting is a plus. - Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and utensils.
