Timbers East is seeking a dependable and motivated Line Cook to join our back-of-house team. This position primarily works evening shifts, though scheduling may vary depending on business needs. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes to recipe specifications and quality standards
Set up and stock stations with necessary prep and supplies
Ensure timely food preparation and presentation
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area
Support front-of-house operations as needed

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

Prior experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred; we are willing to train the right candidate
Familiarity with various cooking methods, tools, and culinary terminology
Ability to multitask and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
Team-oriented attitude and solid communication skills

Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
Frequently use hands to reach, grasp, and operate kitchen tools
Lift and move items up to 50 lbs independently
Work comfortably in hot, fast-paced, and noisy environments
Regularly bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch
Safely operate sharp tools and commercial kitchen equipment
