Guest Room Attendant-Housekeeping

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Guest Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a pleasant and memorable experience. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and order in guest areas, providing exceptional customer service, and upholding the standards of our establishment. A background in hospitality or housekeeping management is preferred, as well as a commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Ensure all guest areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
Perform housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Manage floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, and polishing floors.
Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed to maintain facility standards.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred.
Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
Experience in custodial services or industrial cleaning is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
