Landscaper/Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician

Knoll Communities is looking for a Landscaper/Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician to work Full time on our beautiful 15-acre campus located in Sparta, NJ.

Responsible for general maintenance of buildings and renovations. Install, maintain and repair equipment such as heat pumps, motors, compressors, hot water circulating pumps, fans, unit heaters, condensing coils, motor starts, circuit breakers, and control valves, boilers, cooling towers, thermostats and close-loop controllers. Responsible for preventative maintenance on all equipment. Maintaining of Logs for preventative maintenance and boilers. All positions will be responsible for snow removal, grounds keeping and landscaping as well.

All positions will also be required to hold the emergency phones during nights and weekends on a rotating schedule. Ideal candidates should live within 20 minutes of the property.

Must hold a valid and clean drivers license.
