Job Description
We are hiring Early Morning Cooks to join our team at Tesla's Factory in sparks, NV . This is a fast-paced, high-volume breakfast operation -not a slow diner or casual cafe. We need serious, reliable, and fast-moving cooks who can handle 4 AM starts and high-speed execution every single day.
Job Details:
Location: Tesla Factory, Reno, NV
Shift: 4 AM - 11 AM (Must arrive by 3:45 AM, no exceptions)
Schedule: Full-time & part-time available (weekdays and weekends)
Pay: Competitive hourly pay, weekly pay
Immediate Hiring - No long interview process, get started fast
What We're Looking For:
Short-Order & Breakfast Cooking Experience - Must know how to handle griddles, flat-tops, eggs, pancakes, bacon, and high-volume orders .
Speed & Efficiency - You must move fast and execute with precision . If you can't keep up, this is not the job for you.
Reliability is Everything - 4 AM start time is non-negotiable . If you are late, this job is not for you.
Self-Sufficient & Motivated - You must provide your own reliable transportation -we do not offer rides.
Long-Term Thinkers - We want a dedicated team, not temporary workers. If you show up, put in the work, and prove yourself, there's room to grow .
Job Responsibilities:
Cook high-volume breakfast orders quickly and consistently
Work the griddle and flat-top with speed and accuracy
Handle prep and station setup before service starts
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
Work as part of a team -everyone moves fast, no weak links
