Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service.
Assist in food preparation and presentation, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
Support banquet services as needed, including setup, serving, and breakdown.
Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper food handling practices.
Qualifications
Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant settings is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
Experience in serving, food preparation, or catering is highly desirable.
Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities or food handling practices is a plus.
Barista experience is an advantage for those interested in beverage service.
Knowledge of food safety standards within the food industry is essential.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
