Building Custodian

Spherion hiring a Permanent Part Time Building Custodian to work in Canonsburg. Working days for the Building Custodian position can vary from Monday through Friday and potential weekends to clean after events. Pay for the Building Custodian position is $16/hr, but if you have maintenance experience, the pay can bump up to $17/hr!

Cleaning and servicing a local, community based company by ensuring all of the halls, rooms, bathrooms and main public areas are clean and products replenished. Assisting the other building custodian as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning and custodial duties in halls, event rooms, and common areas
• Set up and break down tables, chairs, and other equipment for various events
• Ensure restrooms are clean and consistently restocked with supplies like toilet paper and paper towels
• Manage trash and recycling removal for the facility
• Complete other duties as assigned to support the team

Education: High School

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience: 6 months

Physical:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds throughout your assigned shift
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and for a full shift
