Who We Are

Experienced restaurant operators with locations in Manhattan are partnering with a local family of entrepreneurs to build, from scratch, a brand-new destination restaurant with a state-of-the-art kitchen in the heart of the Hudson Valley, located in a prime and historic part of Pawling.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a fast, organized, and team-oriented Food Runner/Busser to ensure every plate reaches our guests fresh and exactly as ordered. If you enjoy working in a lively restaurant environment and take pride in helping create a great dining experience, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities and Expectations

Deliver food to tables promptly and accurately
Ensure presentation and order accuracy before leaving the kitchen
Communicate with Servers to coordinate timing and special requests
Assist with clearing and resetting tables as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
Assist Servers in delivering food and beverages
Refill water and help maintain guest satisfaction
Keep dining areas clean, stocked, and organized
Support the front-of-house team as needed

Required Experience

Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Comfortable carrying trays and plates safely
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous restaurant experience required
