Host/Hostess

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Duties:

Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
Provide guests with menus
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area
Answer phone calls and take reservations
Collaborate with Servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
Knowledge of Toast POS or similar restaurant software is a plus
Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of basic food service and restaurant operations

Compensation:

Pay is $12.75 per hour plus tips, with average tips for hosts ranging from $8 to $12 per hour .

Availability:

We are looking one morning host Monday-Friday shift start time would vary from 6:40am-8am and end time would vary from 2pm-4pm
We are looking for one afternoon-evening host. Must be able to report to work by 2pm - shift end time would vary between 9pm-10pm.
