**Schedule: **Monday to Friday - 7a.m. to 3p.m.

**Rate: **$16 per hour

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Living Kitchen Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service, a warm demeanor, and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of the seniors we serve. As a Kitchen Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dining experiences, ensuring that our residents enjoy nutritious and delicious meals in a welcoming atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve meals to residents in a courteous and timely manner, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
- Assist in setting up and cleaning dining areas before and after meals, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to prepare dining areas, including table settings and beverage stations.
- Understand and accommodate individual dietary needs and preferences of residents, ensuring meal satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with residents, helping to create a welcoming environment and engaging in friendly conversation.
- Assist in taking meal orders and providing information about the daily menu and special offerings.
- Monitor residents during meals to ensure they are safe and comfortable, providing assistance as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety guidelines and regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and improve service delivery.
- Support special events and themed dining experiences as needed.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a senior living environment is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and follow directions from supervisors.
- Understanding of dietary restrictions and food safety practices is preferred.
- Compassionate and patient attitude, with a genuine interest in working with seniors.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
