Job Description
Inn at Santa Fe is hiring for laundry attendant/front desk person who will be required work graveyard shifts. The shifts are from 11pm-7am, Monday and Tuesday. Perfect shifts if you are looking for a couple of nights and have a separate FT job.
Whether you are someone who is looking for growth or simply looking for a stable customer service position, this position is for you. If you are someone who eventually aspires to be a supervisor and then a manager, we can get you there. If you are someone that only wants a position that is stable this is for you. If you enjoy creating a hospitable experience for customers and if you enjoy working a quiet peaceful shift, this will be perfect.
LOCATION: 8 376 Cerrillos Rd Santa Fe, NM
Shift Monday & Tuesday 11pm to 7am
POSITION: Part-Time Laundry Attendant/Front Desk. Must be flexible, reliable and be available weekends and holidays. Hotel experience is a plus but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):
Ensure the proper appearance of the lobby and all public areas, including the complimentary breakfast area.
Complete laundry duties such as placing the hotel linens in washer and dryer and then folding them.
Be proficient on the use of property management system
Be able to use all front office equipment such as credit card machine, copier and fax
Handle guest complaints effectively
Process reservations by mail, telephone, fax and central reservation system
Fully understand hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows
Process cancellations and modifications to reservations
Promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly and helpful to guests, managers and all other associates
