Position Overview:Servers are responsible for providing prompt, friendly, and efficient service to guests. This includes taking orders, delivering food and drinks, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet guests warmly and provide menus. - Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. - Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately. - Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. - Handle payment transactions and process credit cards or cash. - Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and the dining area. - Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. - Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years old (required for alcohol service in Michigan). - Previous serving experience preferred, but not required. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. - Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
