Overnight Exterior Parking Lot Cleaner-Litter Collector

10 pm-6 am, 4-5 nights per week.
Working weekends and Holidays is be required.
Pay is $18 per hour.
Job duties include collecting litter from sidewalks, parking lots, landscaping, and changing large waste receptacles. You will also be required to inspect properties for liabilities and deficiencies and communicate with our office staff on a regular basis.
This job requires excellent attendance, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work unsupervised.
You must have a valid driver's license with a clean record and own reliable transportation, as job assignments may vary.
