Position Title: Barback
Summary
As a Barback, you ensure bartenders have everything they need to deliver exceptional service. You take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar environment, and you understand the importance of speed, accuracy, and teamwork. Your attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction help create a seamless and enjoyable experience for every patron.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock the bar with essential supplies including condiments, straws, napkins, rags, and garnishes.
- Clear glassware and dirty plates from the bar area and surrounding spaces.
- Wash and restock glassware to support continuous service.
- Assist bartenders with maintaining pace and quality of service during peak hours.
- Transport bus tubs to the kitchen and replace with clean ones.
- Cut fruit and garnishes for cocktails and specialty drinks.
- Monitor and replenish stock of juices, liquors, beer, and wine.
- Reset bar areas between guests, clearing used items and ensuring readiness.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by bartenders or management.

Education and Experience

Work Schedule
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays , which are peak service times.
