Hotel Night Auditor

Duties :
As a Night Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests. Ideally this role will fill the Sun - Thursday overnight shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Perform front desk duties such as check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Conduct night audits to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare daily reports and distribute them to the appropriate departments
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in the hospitality industry and possess excellent customer service skills.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
