Key Responsibilities
- Follow daily prep lists to prepare ingredients for your station, ensuring items are properly washed, chopped, and sorted.
- Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies and ingredients.
- Label, date, and organize ingredients in both station and walk-in cooler for easy access and freshness.
- Accurately measure ingredients and follow recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, including utensils and equipment.
- Prepare and plate food items according to recipes, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order completion.
- Clean and store cooking utensils and equipment properly at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to food safety standards and health regulations at all times.

Education and Experience
