Opening Baker - Crumbl Delafield

Calling all those who love baking desserts, working with a positive team and bringing smiles to the community! We are looking for upbeat individuals to join us in baking a wide variety of Crumbl's famously delicious desserts while providing a welcoming and professional experience to each of our guests. This is a fast-paced position with high production standards. Shift typically goes from 6AM-1PM, or 7AM-2PM

We are looking for a reliable morning Baker. This job will require awesome customer service skills and the ability to multi-task while producing products.

Baker Responsibilities:

Read and understand recipes
Measure and combine ingredients while using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
Ball dough to appropriate shape and weight
Decoration and display of finished product
Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality standards
Greet customers, answer questions, give recommendations, accept orders and payments, and provide exceptional customer service
Take client information and ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
Clean and restock Workstation and ensure that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
Must be 16 years or older to apply for this role
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Must have basic math and computer skills
Previous food experience is preferred, but not required.
Time management skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Excellent communication skills

Business hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-10:00pm; Friday and Saturday 8:00am-12:00am. CLOSED SUNDAYS
