THE JOB:
As a Bartender, you will know the menu, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks while keeping the bar well-presented. With a welcoming smile and attentive service, youll create memorable guest experiences by understanding their unique stories and needs.

THE STARTING RATE: $17.5487 hourly + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standardized recipes; provide food service as needed.

• Clean and maintain bar equipment, tools, and supplies, ensuring cleanliness and proper function.

• Know menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections.

• Handle cash, ring sales, prepare daily reports, and follow cash procedures.

• Train and mentor Apprentice Bartenders and Bar Porters on bar operations and guest service.

• Manage bar inventory, maintain stock levels, and request products as needed.

• Address guest complaints within authority or escalate to management; report unusual events or losses.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Two (2) years of experience in a bar or similar environment

• Knowledgeable of menu items, including mixture and serving beverages, standard beverage recipes, preparation methods, glassware, garnishes, products, menu items, supplies and equipment

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
