We're Hiring: Per Diem Receptionist!!
Are you organized, friendly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment?
We're looking for a Per Diem Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our community on an as-needed basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk/reception area
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- provide administrative support as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible per diem hours (may include weekdays, evenings or weekends)
- proficient with basic office technology (phones, email, scheduling systems)
