Duties Include:
The Concierge is responsible for answering questions and sharing knowledge about what the Vail Valley has to offer guests and owners. They create itineraries by making reservations for dining and activities which is an integral part for making a memorable stay. This position utilizes comprehensive knowledge of local services, events, transportation, Solaris property, and other details that must be well communicated to cultivate relationships, enhancing guest experience.

Minimum Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess strong time management and organizational skills, along with the professionalism to handle high-stress situations involving guests and owners. They will take the initiative to solve problems efficiently and effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least 2 years of hospitality experience. Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is essential. Preference will be given to candidates with experience using PMS systems, Track, and Alice software.
