Line cook

Saltoro is looking for a line cook to join our team 3 to 4 nights a week (usually 2:00 pm to 9:30 pm). We are a small independent restaurant that serves scratch made food made from quality ingredients. We are open nightly from 5 to 9 pm Sunday through Thursday, 5 to 10 pm Friday and Saturdays.
Job Requirements include:
*Prepare ingredients for dinner service
*Cook menu items with a sense of urgency
*Maintian a clean and organized work space
*Communicate with teams members to increase efficiency
*Able to follow recipes
*Attention to detail
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment
