Bossies Kitchen is searching for passionate server to join our team!
Owned by chefs Lauren Herman and Christina Olufson, Bossie's is a casual corner restaurant located in the "cow building" on Milpas and Canon Perdido, just blocks from the Santa Barbara Bowl. Our menu is seasonal, farmers' market sourced, and made from scratch. We are looking to add to our team!
Candidates must be professional with a good attitude, able to become part of a team, and have a desire to learn and grow. The ideal person has excellent customer service skills, can multitask and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Bossie's is a small and close knit team in a neighborhood full of wonderful regulars.
Available shifts include a combination of lunch (10:30am-2:30/3pm) and dinner (4:15/4:30pm-close). Additional shifts are available on an as-needed basis. Hourly wage is $16.50/hour plus pooled tips.
All candidates:
- Passionate, organized, positive attitude and have a strong work ethic.
- Able to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Able to focus on details and consistency in service.
- Excited about working with the best locally sourced ingredients.
- Dedicated to professional and personal growth.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Able to maintain high standards in customer service, guest experience, and quality of ingredients and preparation.
Additional Requirements:
-Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to changing menu items or new cooking techniques.
- Flexible availability
- Experience in a fast paced restaurant
- Servsafe certified and/or California Food Handlers Card
- Servers must be RBS certified
