Hiring Server Blue Willow (Midtown)

Blue Willow is a fast-paced, charming Szechuan/Hunan restaurant in the heart of Midtown. We pride ourselves on delivering authentic flavors, warm hospitality, and an energetic dining atmosphere. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic server to join our team. The ideal candidate is warm, hard-working, punctual, and eager to learn, with the ability to thrive in a high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent and attentive table service in a fast-paced setting
Offer menu recommendations and describe dishes with accuracy and enthusiasm
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service
Assist with setup and closing duties as needed

Qualifications
Energetic, positive, and guest-focused personality
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Willingness to learn about Szechuan/Hunan cuisine and wine pairings
Fluency in Mandarin required
Prior experience in a busy restaurant environment preferred
Knowledge of Szechuan/Hunan food and wine is a plus
