Synchronized Banquet Server

Job Description:
We are seeking poised, detail-oriented, and highly coordinated Synchronized Banquet Service Servers to deliver an exceptional dining experience through "service in concert" or "sweep service" techniques. This unique and elevated style of service involves precisely timed, simultaneous delivery of food to guests by a team of servers working in harmony. Ideal candidates will demonstrate professionalism, grace under pressure, and a deep commitment to providing an elegant, unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Simultaneous Table Service:
Deliver food to all guests at a table at the same exact moment, following the synchronized banquet style to enhance the guest experience with efficiency and finesse.

Team Coordination:
Work closely with a team of servers under the guidance of a lead server to execute each course with seamless timing and motion, often moving in a counterclockwise direction.

Lead Server Support:
Take direction from the lead server to ensure pacing, positioning, and service timing are executed with precision.

Precision & Presentation:
Plate placement is executed with great careensuring proteins are correctly positioned (typically at the 6 o'clock position), and each guests place setting is approached with consistency and professionalism.

Guest Experience:
Enhance the visual and emotional impact of service by creating a sense of formality, rhythm, and polish that elevates the overall dining atmosphere.

Support for Multi-Course Dinners:
Assist with multi-course events by ensuring each course is delivered promptly and simultaneously, clearing plates efficiently in the same synchronized fashion.

Attention to Detail:
Monitor guest needs discreetly, refill beverages, and ensure tables remain clean and tidy between courses without disrupting the flow of service.

Event Readiness:
Assist in setting up the event space with meticulous attention to layout, linens, flatware, and dishware in alignment with the events service plan.

Job Requirements:
Prior experience in banquet or fine dining service preferred

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Ability to follow precise instructions and maintain professional composure during service

Strong attention to timing, presentation, and body language

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical ability to stand for long periods and carry trays or plates with balance and care

A passion for providing high-end, memorable guest experiences
