Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cook to join our team. This role focuses on preparing high-quality meals, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to the efficient operation of the kitchen. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well under pressure, and has a passion for delivering consistently excellent food.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Assist in the development and preparation of weekly specials and menu updates.
Organize and maintain proper storage of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy hours.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
Support catering and special events as needed, ensuring dishes meet the restaurant's standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably with experience in high-end or international cuisine.
Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation regulations.
Proficiency in a variety of cooking techniques, including sauteing, grilling, and plating.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
