XICA is a vibrant Chicana style restaurant located inside the historical Levis Plaza of San Francisco, dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience with authentic flavors, a warm atmosphere and known for having the best gluten-free kitchen in the area. We are currently seeking two to three friendly and enthusiastic persons to join our team.
Are you a cocktail magician behind the scenes? Do you love crafting perfect drinks that make guests smile, even if youre not serving them face-to-face? Then our Service Bar Bartender role might be just your style!
Whats a Service Bar Bartender ?
Unlike the classic bartender who chats and serves customers at the bar, youll be the superhero working side-by-side with our servers, whipping up fantastic drinks that keep the whole dining room happy. Youre fast, accurate, and all about teamworkhelping the night flow smoothly so guests get their favorite cocktails right when they want them.
Heres What Youll Be Rocking :
Crafting Cocktails Like a Pro : Youll be making drinks following our recipes with precision and flair.
Team Player Extraordinaire : Youll work hand-in-hand with our servers, making sure drinks get to tables on time and in style.
Stock & Supply Sidekick : Keeping our bar stocked with everything from fresh garnishes to sparkling glassware (and plenty of ice!) will be part of your groove.
Thriving in the Fast Lane : Our restaurant is buzzing, and youll be the calm, speedy force making sure every drink is spot on.
What You Bring to the Table :
-Strong drink-making skills with attention to detail
-Ability to work fast and stay accurate with recipes, even when things heat up
-Great teamwork skillsyoure just as happy helping your team as you are crafting a perfect margarita
-Availability that fits our busy hospitality rhythm
-Willingness to pitch in with cleaning and closing duties, including deep cleaning your station
-Legal ability to work in the U.S. and compliance with San Francisco labor law (we got you covered with all breaks, overtime, and wage rules)
