We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server and Host to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest relations and ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, whether in a fine dining setting or a lively nightclub.

Duties

Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and providing detailed information about menu items and specials.
Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, ensuring timely delivery to guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
Handle cash register transactions with precision, processing payments accurately.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
Assist in food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Uphold high standards of service quality, contributing to an inviting atmosphere for all patrons.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems is advantageous.
Knowledge of culinary practices and food handling standards is beneficial.
Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest relations are essential.
Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a busy setting is crucial.
Experience working in nightlife venues or clubs is a plus but not required.
