Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans used in food preparation and service.
- Operate dishwashing machines efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area by disposing of waste properly.
- Help with basic food preparation tasks as needed, supporting cooks during busy service periods.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained regularly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during meal service times.
- Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices.

Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Familiarity with food handling practices is an advantage.
- A background in banquet service or hotel kitchens is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
