Job Location: The Brinkerhoff Restaurant

Job Type: Full-time 33-40 hours per week, Weekends and Sundays required

Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience in fine dining restaurants

Total Compensation: $25-$50/hour - minimum wage plus tips

Brinkerhoff Hospitality, known primarily for our Denver staple La Loma, is introducing two new concepts to the Castle Rock area. The Brinkerhoff's elevated twist on American classics featuring sushi, specialty steaks, and rotisserie chicken moreover, the beverage program will feature a selection of world-class wines & champagnes, complemented by a curated cocktail menu that celebrates the artistry of the martini. The ambience is created by floor to ceiling glass, providing stunning views of the foothills, an open kitchen, and warm stone surround the building.

Job Qualifications:

5 years fine dining serving/bartending/hosting experience required
Must have a friendly, professional and outgoing attitude, and be team oriented
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional and polished appearance is required
Extreme attention to detail

Requirements of the Job:

Certifications Required:

Serve Safe Food Handler Certification
TIPs certification

Shifts:

6-8-hour shifts
Day shift
Evening shift
Weekend shifts

Physical:

Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
Manual dexterity of commonly found restaurant equipment items.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment which may require long hours
Tolerating extreme temperatures due to inclement weather and working inside and outside the restaurant.
Exposed to high temperatures with heat and oil.
