_ Responsibilities: _
Communicate directly with clients, both in person and by telephone. Maintain full services desk operations. Understand and execute Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to the desk operations.
Provide information on facilities and services. Manage information pertaining to local events and attractions, tours, travel routes, and transportation schedules.
Provide area maps, brochures, and other literature.
Arrange tickets, bookings, appointments, and reservations for clients.

_ Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: _
A secondary school diploma is required.
Post-secondary training in tourism, hospitality management, or related industry is an asset.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of the local community area and region.
Good problem solving skills.
Good organizational skills.
Good time management skills.
Knowledge of a second language is an asset.

Salary: $20/hr - $25/hr
