Location: Grand Colorado on Peak 8
Employment Type: Full-Time Non-Exempt
Compensation: $14.50/hr. + gratuities

Responsibilities:
Warmly greet guests/owners upon arrival; verify parking authorization and communicate allowances
Direct guests to check-in counters and provide parking alternatives when needed
Coordinate luggage assistance (radio Bell Attendant when required) and assist with room-to-room transfers
Park/retrieve vehicles safely; assist guests with vehicle entry/exit
Manage key storage securely and process overnight parking charges
Maintain orderly parking areas and clean driveway/zones
Transport luggage using bell carts (load/unload); ensure carts are clean/in good repair
Respond promptly to assistance requests
Monitor garage/lot capacity; direct traffic flow and coordinate with Concierge/Sales teams
Enforce policies: issue citations, address violations, and escalate unresolved issues to security
Proactively assist guests and resolve issues completely ("End of the Line" principle)
Maintain professional appearance (uniform/name badge) and positive team/guest relationships
Attend required trainings and meetings
Requirements
- Valid U.S. driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (2/3+ of shift)
- Lift/carry 10-50 lbs. regularly and 100+ lbs. occasionally
- Work outdoors in extreme weather (cold, snow, wind, etc.)
- Push/pull luggage carts and perform repetitive motions
- Exceptional customer service and communication (verbal/written English)
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Safe driving with strong spatial awareness
- Ability to follow procedures and use radios/computers for timekeeping
- Professional, punctual, and uniform-compliant
- Team player who gives/receives feedback constructively
- Calm under pressure; resolves guest issues independently following our End of the Line approach to problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior valet, bell service, or hospitality roles
- Familiarity with parking management systems
- Proactive problem-solving; anticipates guest needs
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Knowledge of Breckenridge local attractions/ski resort
