Concierge PT Set Schedule

Rose Senior Living Avon is recruiting for a hospitality focused Concierge. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage and directing calls.
• Help resolve issues presented by residents and guests in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating and maintain your professionalism.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff in our online system.
• Assist HRD/BOM with projects/assignments.
• Creating Fobs for staff, residents and families via our online program.
• Maintain order and cleanliness at the front desk to ensure first impressions are wonderful.
• Must be computer literate.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
• Patience is needed in this position
• Prioritizing tasks
• Great communication skills

This is a great role for someone who is retired and enjoys interacting with seniors. This is a PT role with a set schedule that is subject to change. Working Tuesdays 8-4:15, Wednesdays 4-8pm and Saturdays 8-4:15.

All concierges share holidays equally and help cover one another when needing time off. The concierge desk is staffed from 8am to 8pm 7 days a week.
