About the Role

Are you a people-person with a passion for creating welcoming experiences and keeping things running smoothly? Join our team as a Corporate Receptionist & Admin and become the face of our headquarters! As our first point of contact, you'll play a key role in ensuring a professional and friendly environment for visitors and employees alike.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting guests, clients, and team members with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing inbound calls and directing them appropriately
  • Coordinating conference room bookings and troubleshooting tech issues
  • Keeping the reception area clean, safe, and organized
  • Handling mail, packages, and document retention requests
  • Supporting various administrative tasks including data entry, presentations, and purchase requests
  • Collaborating with internal departments and external contacts like contractors and landlords
  • Maintaining systems like Envoy (visitor management) and One Call (emergency evacuation)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 1-2 years in a similar role

Required Skills

  • A self-driven, dependable attitude with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and web-based platforms
  • Comfort working with all levels of the organization, including executive leadership
  • Flexibility to support special events and adapt to changing schedules
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and assist with occasional physical tasks related to office operations
