Maintenance Custodian

Staffmark is hiring a Maintenance Custodian to support daily cleaning and upkeep at a manufacturing facility in Angola. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in industrial or commercial cleaning-this is a great opportunity to grow with a respected team.

Pay: $18.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all areas of the plant, including restrooms, showers, and kitchen
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and empty trash
• Strip and wax floors as needed
• Monitor recycling and waste programs
• Complete special cleaning projects as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience cleaning commercial or industrial facilities
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and procedures
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with others
