Catering Assistant

Priory Hospital Solihull is looking to recruit a Catering Assistant to join the team This role is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week. Flexible working rota - shifts to be discussed at interview. Must be able to work weekends and bank holiday. Must have a full driver's licence and drive.

Located in Meriden, Warwickshire, Priory Hospital Solihull is a 31-bedded hospital supporting the NHS by offering level 2 rehabilitation services for males.

• Assists catering staff with both the preparation and cooking of meals in accordance with the company's Assured Safe Catering policies and procedures.
• Under direction, takes responsibility for parts of the catering operation.
• As part of the catering team, the role holder will be required to ensure the kitchen and associated areas meet operational hygiene standards and comply with the company's Assured Safe Catering policies and procedures.
• Amends the services to suit the needs of the site.
• Reduce the amount of waste to gain a greater value for money
